Returns/Exchanges

To arrange either an exchange or a return of unworn/unused items please email jax@string-blinger.co.uk within 14 days, and return the item within 21 days of delivery (the buyer is responsible for return postage costs).

Return: Once received and checked the item cost will be refunded.  

Exchange: Once received and checked a new item will be made, with the resulting lead time of 12-14 days.  Alternatively a credit note can be issued

In both a return and an exchange the item needs to be returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  Please be aware that String-Blinger is not liable for loss of items posted back to us, for safety we advise sending the item back by tracked post.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders (eg: customised ukuleles or commissioned fabrics)

• Items on sale
